What you are buying

You are buying a monthly package of ecommerce SEO work.

The package you choose sets the volume of work included each month. What we work on is based on your store, your catalogue, your competitors and the opportunities we identify.

Term and cancellation

Packages are billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.

You can cancel at any time by sending us a message through the contact form.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We will continue delivering the work included in your package until that date, and you will not be charged again.

You can also move between packages at the end of a billing period. Any change in scope or price applies from the next billing period.

What is not included

Paid advertising, general website development and product photography are not included in our SEO packages.

If SEO work requires development outside the scope of your package, we will tell you before that work is carried out.

Results are not guaranteed

Search rankings and organic performance are influenced by search engines, competitors, your website and many factors outside our control.

We commit to delivering the work included in your package and to doing that work professionally. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, conversion rate or revenue result.

What we need from you

We need reasonable access to the tools and people required to do the work, including Search Console, Analytics and whoever can approve or implement changes to your website.

If we do not receive the access, information or approvals we need, work may be delayed.

Payment

Packages are billed monthly in advance.

Prices shown on this website are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Payments for billing periods where the agreed work has already been completed are not refundable.

If we fail to deliver work included in your package, send us a message. We will either complete the outstanding work or refund the affected billing period.

Ownership

Content created specifically for your store and delivered or published as part of your package belongs to you.

Audits, keyword research, reports and other client specific deliverables we produce for you also belong to you.

Our own templates, processes, methods, systems and internal tools remain ours. Nothing is taken back simply because you cancel your package.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us during the three months immediately before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow us to do so, including liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
